Luca from Ar tonelico II is pretty yandere in her cosmosphere, if I remember correctly! Catherine from Catherine probably counts, too...

I can think of one more from Arc Rise Fantasia, but it kinda counts as spoilers and I don't want to give it away just in case. D:

I think Jakotsu (Snakesword) from Inuyasha and Iwamine Shuu(cleaver) from Hatoful Boyfriend are yandere. _{I'm not very knowledgeable of yandere tho, so.........}

Not familiar with Inuyasha but doesn't Shuu like... Cook another bird and feed it to her... That's pretty yandere to me!

It's a YGO, but Michael Arclight from Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL is fantastically yandere. Maybe not quite as much as Yubel, but he's definitely up there on the list, what with his "If I can't have a happy family, neither can you" attitude.

TRICK OR TREAT the only yandere i can think of is the girl from mirai nikki OR THE TWO GIRLS FROM SCHOOL DAYS i havent watched either series idk their names but i know of their intense Tendencies

haha i was going to comment about how yandere useless i am but then i remembered that oginome ringo (diary) from mawaru penguindrum was such a yandere the first half of the series. she obsessed over/stalked a teacher who she planned on marrying/having his children because she believed it was her destiny. so she bugged his room, slept under the crawl space of his house, and drugged him with a love potion so she could try to take advantage of him. other yanderes that came to mind were grell sutcliff (kuroshitsuji), amane misa (death note), seguchi touma (gravitation) is actually pretty yandere in the manga, and kaoru kozue (utena) is a brocon yandere.

GOD I REMEMBER THAT... Early Penguindrum was so crazy, it was impossible to tell where it was gonna go. In which case, I might add her. And thanks for the other suggestions as well! :>

Hmmm... I can't think of anymore yanderes that haven't been mentioned already, though Mitsuki from Maganebu might have yandere tendencies? It's a bit hard to tell for sure with only 2 episodes though! XD;;
